2. Our services
Bro Taco is a food truck based in Round Rock, Texas serving barbecue brisket tacos, plates and bowls, with online ordering for pickup, delivery through DoorDash, and catering. Online orders are placed and paid through Toast and are subject to Toast’s terms.
3. Menu, prices and hours
Menu items, prices, photos and hours shown on this site are for general information and may change without notice. Items can sell out. The prices and hours shown on our online ordering page are the current ones.
4. Catering quotes
Submitting a catering request does not book your event. A catering order is confirmed only when we confirm it with you in writing. Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and may change if those details change.
5. Allergies
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, wheat, soy, eggs and shellfish. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free. Please tell us about allergies before ordering.
6. Intellectual property
The Bro Taco name, logo, photos and website content belong to Brotaco LLC and may not be used without our written permission.
7. Third-party links
Our site links to services we do not control, such as Toast, DoorDash, Jotform, Google and social media sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brotaco LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. The site is provided “as is.”
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
