Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Brotaco LLC (“Bro Taco,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit brotaco.co, request catering, or contact us.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, event date and time, event location, guest count, dietary notes and anything else you enter in our catering request form or send us directly.
  • Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools used by our website platform and any analytics or advertising tools we use.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to catering requests and send quotes, answer questions, fulfill and support orders, improve our website and menu, and, where allowed, let you know about specials. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we collect it

Directly from you through our forms, email and phone; and automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse our site.

5. Third parties

We use trusted service providers to run our business, and they process information on our behalf: our website hosting platform; Jotform (catering request form); Toast (online ordering and payments); DoorDash (delivery); and Google (maps and, if used, analytics or ads). When you order through Toast or DoorDash, their own privacy policies apply to that order. We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Your rights and choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by emailing office@brotaco.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA) and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

7. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, such as completing your event and keeping reasonable business records, and then delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
